Stage6 primary gear-up kit for Piaggio Hi-Per2 50cc 2-stroke engines (produced 2000 onwards with the support bearing).

Only use with tuned engines! Original standard cylinders are normally not powerful enough to pull this sort of gearing.
Contrary to common gear units, the ones from Stage6 come ready pressed, simply replace the old gear unit with the new one - and that's it!

Since 98 primary shafts with bearings are used. Please check Photo before ordering if your bike is close to this date.

NOTE: this is not suitable for Zip but is suitable for all other Piaggio/ Gilera 2-stroke 50cc engines (except DNA)

Also not suitable for Aprilia SR50R 2018 onwards (Euro4) the secondary shaft has straight cut gears.

1:2.53 (15/38 teeth) = only for high-end race kits.

1:3.00 (13/39 teeth) = for 70cc sport kits.
