14 Day Cancellation of Order

Under the Consumer Contracts regulations, UK customers have the right to cancel their order for any reason and return it for refund on giving us written notice (e.g. by email) within 14 days of receipt.
This refund will include the initial postage costs paid by the customer, however if a premium shipping service was chosen at the time of purchase only our least expensive shipping method that was available at  the time will be refunded.
Cancelled order goods should be returned to us within 14 days of when written notice was given.
Returns will not incur any admin fees, however if the value of the returned goods has been diminished by any amount by the customer as a result of handling of the goods beyond what is necessary to establish the  nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods, this amount will be deducted from the refund.
Reasonable handling is considered to be inspection of the goods in the same way that you could inspect or handle them if you were buying them in a physical shop. It does not allow for fitting, testing or use of  the goods in any way that you could not when purchasing in a shop. It might for example be reasonable to carefully open packaging to inspect an item but it would not be reasonable to rip apart packaging or  install and use a part in a way that you could not have done when buying from a shop. For this reason cancelled goods orders are expected to be returned in perfect unused condition within their original  packaging.

Electrical components e.g. CDI's and coils will normally be supplied with a seal over the connectors. If this seal is removed the item will not be considered eligible for return unless faulty. Regrettably we  are not able to supply electrical or other components for trial and error testing purposes.

The return cost for cancelled orders is at the expense of the customer.
Please note that if delivery is refused for an order, the customer is responsible for any incurred costs of the order being returned made to us by the courier company.
Because the customer is responsible for the returned item until we receive it we strongly recommend that all items should be returned in a tracked or traceable manner.

Refunds are normally made within 7 working days and in all cases are made within a period of 14 days following our receipt of the returned goods. Refunds will be made to the same method of payment used for the  original purchase.

Please note that the Consumer Contracts regulations for cancellation of orders do not apply to business or trade purchases. Business or trade customers may return unused items in perfect condition provided  notice is given with 14 days of order receipt for full refund, however they will be responsible for all instances of shipping costs.

Faulty goods

If an item is being returned because of a suspected fault it will normally need to be returned to us for inspection or testing. Such returns must initially be made at the cost of the customer, however once the  item has been inspected and any fault or defect is confirmed this cost will be refunded up to the cost of standard 2nd class Royal Mail signed (or Royal Mail Parcel Force for larger items). Keep your receipt!
If you return the items any other way we cannot be liable for any extra postage costs incurred.
As the customer is responsible for the returned item until we receive it please keep your tracking information safe for any such returns.
If you are returning a faulty item more than 30 days from the date you received it you may be offered a repair or replacement in lieu of a refund.

Many components such as electrical ECU's, injection controllers, internal engine components and components for modifying engine performance require extensive professional knowledge and a high degree of  technical skill and experience for competent installation and are not designed for DIY fitment. Such parts can be easily damaged or even fail spectacularly causing catastrophic engine or other damage as a consequence of incompetent fitment or incorrect setup or where inherent engine defects or setup issues are pre-existing.
For this reason we highly recommend and reserve the right to expect all parts to be fitted professionally by someone suitably qualified to do so.

Please note that the faulty parts inspection process can take up to 14 days as some parts require specialist and time consuming testing to determine if there is a fault or the reason for any failure.
A replacement or refund will not be offered if on inspection an item is found to have no fault or to have failed due to incompetent fitment, mishandling or as a direct consequence of the failure or incorrect setup of other components inherent to the vehicle.
Such items can be returned to the customer at their request however the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
Unclaimed items will be stored for a period of 2 months before being disposed of.

Where the customer is not satisfied with any judgement, we may offer the customer the option for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for an expert inspection.
We reserve the right to pass on any reasonably incurred cost of this to the customer where it is subsequently concluded by the manufacturer report that there is no fault with the product or that any failure or  fault within the product present at the time of inspection was not caused by any fault or defect within the product at the time of purchase.

Please note that faulty goods claims can not be considered where the issue is caused by customer damage or misuse of the goods (accidentally or otherwise) or where the customer has attempted to repair the goods themselves.

Incorrectly supplied orders

Any items received damaged or orders with parts missing or incorrectly sent must be reported within 48hrs of receipt. Please inspect your order carefully as soon as you receive it ! Please note that we cannot consider any claims for any parts received damaged if the part has been fitted or used or if repair attempt has been made.

Please return any such orders using standard 2nd class Royal Mail signed (or Royal Mail Parcel Force for larger items).
If you return the items any other way we unfortunately cannot be liable for any extra postage costs incurred.
