Description

17.5mm PHVA carb for Yamaha Aerox/ Minarelli engined mopeds and many others.

*Automatic choke version

This was fitted as standard to a limited number of Aerox, or makes a great upgrade over the standard 12mm carb fitted to the majority of Aerox. The standard air filter will still fit (35mm diameter)

A common carb fitted to many bikes.

Accepts automatic electronic choke or use our manual choke adaptor listed below

You can use 6mm Dellorto jets with this carb.
Use a 75 jet with this carb for Aerox with standard filter and sports pipe.

  • Q. I am confused of which air filters will fit this carb, what diameter will fit?

    Hi, it's exactly the same diameter inlet as the standard carb, so the standard airbox will fit or any other airfilter approx 35mm

  • Q. Hi, does this carb require fitment of a larger manifold? And do you know the original carb size on an aerox 59 plate rossi replica?

    Hi James, this carb will fit on the standard manifold and your original carb size will be 12mm, please see here.

    it is roughly prejetted to run well with the standard airbox and a sports pipe
