Stage6 R/T racing gearbox/ gear cover for Piaggio HI-PER2 50cc 2-stroke engines produced 2000 onwards. Also compatible with Malossi C-One & RC-One crankcases.

CNC machined from solid billet aluminium, this cover offers superior strength, durability and precision fitment over cast originals. The anodised finish with laser-etched Stage6 R/T branding gives a sleek, racing-inspired appearance while protecting against wear and corrosion.
It features an FKM (Viton®) O-ring between the cover and crankcase, providing an extremely stable, high-pressure seal that resists distortion, especially important on high-performance builds. The orange FKM oil seal for the output shaft adds extra visual flair and long-lasting reliability.
To improve efficiency and durability the cover includes premium bearings throughout with dual bearings on the secondary shaft: a needle bearing for the wheel shaft and a bearing for the secondary shaft. These upgrades reduce friction and enhance power transfer even on mildly tuned setups.

Additional details like extra mounting threads make installation and removal easier while milled grooves around the seal area allow for quicker servicing when needed.

Note: Plug & play on HI-PER2 Piaggio 50cc 2-stroke engines from around 1998+. Can also be used for Piaggio 4-stroke models although a compatible 2-stroke gearbox is required.
