DDL Tuning optimised front variator pulley for Piaggio/ Gilera 125/180cc 2-stroke maxi-scooters produced 1998 onwards.

DDL Tuning have optimised the drive face angle, the running surface of the belt has been machined to a specified degree. This also allows for more adjustment with a Malossi or Polini drive belt.

This is a modified tuning part, it is not a direct replacement for the standard front pulley, adjustments are required for it to suit your engine. The pulley will have some marks from the lathe process.
