Q. Does the ending of the cable have the bit that clips onto the carb slider?

The cable supplied is the top half of the cable which joins to the splitter block. It is not long enough to reach the carb.
Q. Does this come with the actual plastic that rotates the throttle that goes on the metal bar? The thing you twist to accelerate with?
