Stage6 MKII Intake system for Piaggio/ Gilera 50-180cc 2-stroke scooters.
No matter which carburettor you want to use the Stage 6 intake system is your choice!
The kit includes 2 intake manifold adaptors, Stage6 NBR reed valve with 2 different size venturi inserts (24mm & 28mm). This kit allows you to fit all common carbs whether standard or oversize to your Piaggio engine.

In order to get ideal engine response, the intake tract has been kept as short as possible.

The Stage6 24mm PWK carb has a 35mm stub but there is already one supplied with the carburettor so you won't need anything else.
Yes, the larger connector at the top is the vacumm connection.
There are 2 bolt holes but they are hidden in the picture. It just bolts on the same as the original manifold, you can just about see one of them in the pic below the visible hex bolt which is securing the flange.
