Malossi V4 cylinder head for Piaggio/ Gilera/ Vespa 125-300cc 4-stroke scooters & maxi-scooters.

The Malossi V4 cylinder head achieves a 15-25% power increase. The valve guides has been redesigned and made by sintering powdered metals. The valve seats are made of a cobalt-molybdenum steel alloy. The intake valve has been increased to 25mm and made of a special heat/ chemical treated steel alloy. The exhaust valve has been increased to 22.2mm and made of Nimonich 80 (nickel-chromium alloy). Valve springs made of tempered and annealed Si-Cr steel to operate under increased loads due to the increased power.

• 125cc-200cc: only suitable with Malossi cylinder kits.
• 250cc-300cc: the original piston needs small modifications. (Instructions included)

For scooters generally produced after 2014 with roller rocker arms you will need to fit: 1x 877771 cam chain sprocket, 1x B0184845 outlet rocker arm, 1x B0184835 intake rocker arm & 2x 486343 rocker arm shaft.
