Polini Corsa 70cc cast-iron cylinder kit for Piaggio/ Gilera/ Vespa 50cc 2-stroke air cooled scooters.
The Polini Corsa 70cc kit makes approx 25-30% more power than the Polini sport. It's still cast iron which means it's very strong and can be re-bored but runs at higher revs, approaching similar performance to the aluminium Malossi MHR rep kit
Realistically this is about the limit of what can be used with any degree of reliability for everyday use. As with the MHR rep 70cc kit the oil mixture should ideally be increased to 33:1 by pre-mixing. Will also need a decent high end sports exhaust e.g. Yasuni R
Develops peak power at approx 11,500rpm.
Included: cylinder, head, piston kit, gasket set, small end bearing, reed petals & spark plug.

It is only required for Euro4 models, it would require an M12 x 1.5mm threaded sensor. Like this one here.
