Front chrome luggage carrier rack for Vespa PX & T5 scooters.

There are hook/pegs that secure to the side of the front panel. Once the rack is centred they are then secured (threaded on the opposite end) and this holds the rack in place.
Although are suppliers do not list Royal Alloy it seems people online to fit similar ones.
