No, it isn't possible for any variator to give a higher top speed than a stock variator except wwith kits where the rear torque driver AND the variator are larger diameter and come with special (normally longer) belt.
These kits are available but very expensive and not the best way to increase top speed.
If you increase the diameter of just the variator it doesn't work because the belt can only move a certain amount due to the restrictions of the rear torque diameter and the belt would not use the extra diameter.
To increase the top speed you need to change the overall gearing using primary or secondary gear kits.
