Stage6 R/T 90mm crankshaft for Malossi C-One engines with Stage6 FL 70cc cylinder kits.

The Stage6 R/T high-end racing crankshaft is specially developed for 70cc flange-mount racing cylinders and Malossi MHR C-One tuning crankcases. Designed for high-performance Piaggio and Minarelli engines, it offers the strength and precision required for demanding racing applications.

Featuring a CNC-machined connecting rod and reinforced 18mm crankpin, this crankshaft is built to withstand the demands of high-output racing engines. Precision balancing helps minimise vibrations and ensure smooth engine operation, while the optimised crankshaft design provides improved strength and flow characteristics.

Important: Designed for Malossi MHR C-One crankcases. Crankcase machining is required due to the larger crank webs, with a minimum internal diameter of 75.5mm after machining. Can also be fitted to original Piaggio crankcases with appropriate modifications. Only compatible with cylinders designed for a 90mm connecting rod or when used with a suitable spacer.
