Designed and tested by the Polini Racing Department, this unit allows full tuning flexibility, improving engine RPM, top speed, and performance while maintaining plug & play installation for standard setups.

Performance Maps:

• Map 1: Plug & play; raises RPM limiter from 7,500 to 8,100. Recommended with Polini variator 241.765 and Polini muffler 190.0079. Odometer speed rises from ~45 km/h to 50–53 km/h.

• Map 2: Requires replacement of original valve springs with Polini springs; raises RPM limiter to 10,000. Recommended with Polini variator, Polini muffler and improved filter box coupling (223.0131). Odometer speed rises to 56–60 km/h. Professional installation advised.

• Map 3 (Vespa & Liberty 50): Maximum performance; requires 49mm cylinder kit 140.0223 and Polini long gears 202.1424. Recommended with Polini variator, Polini muffler, and improved filter box coupling.

• Map 4 (ZIP 50): Maximum performance; requires 49mm cylinder kit 140.0223 and Polini long gears 202.1429. Recommended with Polini variator and Polini muffler. Achieves top speeds of 70–75 km/h.
