10mm Piston stopper.
This 10mm piston stop tool is designed for 4-stroke and 2-stroke engines that use 10mm C-type spark plugs, such as CR7EB, CR8E, and similar models. It provides a simple and cost-effective solution for locking the crankshaft when removing or installing the variator or flywheel.
The tool features a 15mm hex for easy installation and removal with a standard socket or spanner.
Specifications:
Important: Always turn the engine over by hand and use extreme care when employing this tool. Applying excessive force or using impact tools while the piston is against the stop can damage the piston crown, connecting rod, or crankshaft.
To use, remove the spark plug and carefully screw the tool into the spark plug hole in the cylinder head. Slowly rotate the engine by turning the variator until the piston gently contacts the tip of the tool, locking the crankshaft in place.
