Irontek transparent 2K structural adhesive.

The Irontek transparent structural adhesive is a versatile two-component polyurethane adhesive designed for fast, strong and reliable bonding on a wide range of materials. Ideal for repairs, assembly work and restoration projects, it provides excellent adhesion on plastics, metal, glass, wood, stone and many other surfaces.

Thanks to its ultra-fast curing formula, the adhesive dries in just 35 seconds, allowing repaired parts to be quickly processed. Once cured, it can be sanded, ground, drilled, tapped and painted, making it suitable for professional repairs as well as workshop and DIY applications.

The polyurethane formula creates a strong yet flexible bond, making it especially effective for rebuilding and repairing plastic components where durability and resistance to impact are required.

Instructions

Application Instructions

  1. Prepare the surface thoroughly by cleaning and grinding the bonding area.
  2. Degrease the surface and apply primer where required, especially on synthetic materials.
  3. For larger cracks or damaged areas, use reinforcing mesh for additional strength.
  4. Apply the adhesive in a thin, even layer for optimum bonding performance.
