Voca Race Raw Red Cylinder Head for Yamaha DT LC/D

Upgrade your Yamaha DT LC/D with the Voca Race Raw Red Cylinder Head Ø40mm, designed for high-performance 50cc and racing engine builds. Precision CNC-machined from aluminium, this two-piece modular cylinder head features a red anodised cover and interchangeable Ø40mm combustion chamber insert for maximum tuning flexibility.

The included Ø40mm insert is optimised for standard pistons and original stroke engines, with a recommended squish clearance of 0.45–0.60mm. A built-in anti-rotation pin keeps the insert securely in place during spark plug changes.

Improved internal coolant flow delivers better cooling than the OEM head, while the reversible 180° design allows installation with either one or two radiators for enhanced performance.

The head retains compatibility with the original temperature sensor and also supports Koso and Stage6 M10x1 digital temperature sensors. O-ring sealing replaces conventional head gaskets for improved reliability and leak prevention.
