Irontek cold weld universal epoxy sealant.

IRONTEK universal epoxy sealant is designed for strong, long-lasting repairs on a wide variety of materials, including iron, aluminium, copper, bronze, brass, wood, elastomers, ceramic, stone, and more.

This two-component epoxy putty comes in a convenient paste form, allowing for fast, reliable repairs without the need for special tools. Suitable for mechanical work, auto body repairs, plumbing, and construction projects, it provides excellent durability and performance.

The cured material can be drilled, tapped, filed, sanded, and painted just one hour after application. It offers outstanding resistance to water, fuel oil, gasoline, and temperatures up to 150°C.

Fitment

Instructions

Usage instructions:

  1. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free from grease.

  2. Remove the putty from its packaging and peel away the protective film.

  3. Knead thoroughly until the color is uniform.

  4. Apply to the repair area (working time: approximately 10 minutes).

  5. The product sets in 30 minutes.

  6. After 60 minutes, it can be painted, drilled, sawed, or sanded.

  7. Full cure is achieved after 12 hours at room temperature.

Storage instructions:

  • Store between 5°C and 25°C

  • Keep in a dry, well-ventilated area

  • Protect from direct sunlight and frost

  • Recommended application temperature: approximately 20°C
