The Testa Rossa cylinder kit delivers high-performance upgrades for liquid-cooled Yamaha Aerox and Minarelli Horizontal engines. Featuring stud bolts, modular head, and seven-port design with exhaust crossbar, this kit requires boring of the original case and a connecting rod different from stock.

Derived from Malossi’s seven-port technology, the 70cc Testa Rossa provides a significant performance leap while remaining compatible with original engines and the C-One Malossi case. Internally, it mirrors Flanged Mount configurations with dual exhaust ports, optimised internal profiles, and a modular head designed to increase torque and engine response.

The head cover is forged aluminium, red anodised, and machined to high precision on CNC equipment. A premium cylinder kit for riders seeking progressive, high-performance 2-stroke upgrades.

You will need to use a crankshaft with 85mm conrod & 12mm gudgeon pin, a high end exhaust system (MHR 3219559, DDL or similar)

A 21-28mm carb & MHR Over Range variator is recommended.
