BGM Pro PX200 crankshaft & Adapter Plate Set for converting PX125/150 engines to use PX200 or 210cc (Malossi/ Polini) Cylinders.
Experience the torque and performance of a 200cc or high-performance 210cc engine on your Vespa PX125/150 without replacing the engine casing. The J&G 2% special adaptor set allows you to fit a PX200 or oversized tuning cylinder (Malossi/Polini 210cc) onto 125/150cc crankcases, unlocking significantly more power and torque with complete reliability.
Transform your 125cc engine into a high-performance ride with smooth torque delivery, strong acceleration, and the reliability of a 200cc engine. Combined with the included long-stroke crankshaft, the setup can exceed the stock PX200 performance. Using the BGM200 cylinder, 14–16 HP at the rear wheel and 17–20 Nm torque are achievable with a proper exhaust. With an original PX200 cylinder, 13–15 HP is realistic.

Please note:
-Conversion relies on a crankshaft with 20 mm longer connecting rod (125 mm vs 105 mm),
-Adapter plate bolts to engine casing and correctly positions PX200 or 210cc cylinder,
-Aluminum spacer ensures proper headroom and sealing,
-Carburetor options: SI20/20D standard or SI24/24E for higher power setups,
-Requires extended primary reduction and reinforced clutch for optimal torque handling,
-Minor cylinder hood and exhaust adjustments may be necessary due to raised cylinder height,
-Easy access for maintenance: cylinder head/cylinder can be removed using the BGM72M7 tool.
Options:
PX200 Original/BGM Cylinder (Ø66.5 mm): Uses the adapter plate with minimal modification to the PX200 cylinder base; compatible with standard PX200 components.
Malossi/Polini 210cc Cylinder: Allows for maximum performance with long-stroke crankshaft and high-capacity tuning cylinder, ideal for advanced engine builds.
