The BGM PRO Torquemaster gear wheels are engineered for high-performance Vespa PX engines, handling outputs over 30 hp and 35 Nm of torque with absolute reliability. Manufactured from high-alloy 14NiCrMo13 steel and heat-treated at ThyssenKrupp, they combine a wear-resistant surface (58–60 HRC) with a tough, elastic core to withstand heavy torque, clutch impacts, and rapid gear changes.

These gears are 100% interchangeable with all PX-Lusso models from 1984 onwards, including PX125, PX150, PX200, Cosa, T5, and LML Star/Stella 2-stroke engines. Suitable for both everyday riding and racing, the Torquemaster gears are ideally paired with sporty auxiliary shafts such as the BGM 12-13-16-19 (4th gear 35T) for optimised performance.

4th Gear Options:
-35 Teeth: matches the original PX gradation; recommended for powerful engines due to a wider, more stable tooth base. Gear jump can be shortened with a suitable auxiliary shaft (e.g., 17-20 or 16-19).
-36 Teeth: ideal for near-series setups where a shorter jump from 3rd to 4th gear is required without changing the auxiliary shaft.
