The BGM PRO 150cc cylinder is a high-quality tuning option for classic Vespa Wideframe engines, offering a substantial performance boost without compromising reliability. Designed for two-port engines with a 57mm stroke, it transforms early 125cc and 150cc models into strong, useable machines capable of modern cruising speeds.

Made from durable cast iron, the cylinder features three transfer ports. On two-port cases, the third port is closed using the supplied aluminium base spacer, while a special recess in the piston manages the scavenging. This allows installation without the need for crankcase machining. A CNC-machined aluminium cylinder head with extra cooling fins ensures stable operating temperatures even under extended load.

With this setup, even a very early Wideframe Vespa gains rapid acceleration and a comfortable cruising speed of 90 km/h or more. Depending on configuration, the kit delivers around 8–10 hp at the rear wheel while maintaining long-term reliability.
