TPR Factory 100cc racing flange mounted cylinder kit for mopeds with TPR Factory F100 AM6 crankcases.
High-end 100cc flange mounted kit from TPR Factory, designed for maximum racing performance on TPR FL100 AM6 engines.
The CNC-machined aluminium cylinder with nickel–silicon coating features 6 transfer ports and a bridged exhaust port. The flange is optimised for 38mm big bore exhausts. A modular red anodised head with water jacket ensures excellent cooling, while the Meteor 52mm single-ring piston delivers reduced friction and high-rev reliability.
Requires a 47mm stroke (98mm conrod) racing crankshaft with 14mm pin (TPR Factory crankshaft recommended). You must use the dedicated TPR 100cc crankcase.
