Top Performances 77/86cc cylinder & crankshaft engine kits for Yamaha Aerox/ Jog RR/ Minarelli Horizontal 50cc liquid cooled 2-stroke engines.

Top Performances offers complete high-performance engine packs; each kit combines a precision Nikasil-coated aluminium cylinder with a reinforced full-circle racing crankshaft, providing an excellent foundation for serious tuning projects.

The 77cc kit is suited to lower high-end racing builds, while the 86cc version pushes into the high-end category with added torque and broader power delivery. Both provide excellent value for serious scooter tuning.

77cc Kit (50×40mm)
-Aluminium cylinder with 50mm bore and 40mm stroke.
-6 transfer ports, bridged exhaust port, high-compression two-piece head with direct-flow chamber.
-Reinforced racing crankshaft, 40mm stroke / 85mm rod / 12×15×15mm small end bearing.
-Output: 18–20 hp with 28mm carb, inner rotor ignition and racing exhaust.
-Supplied with C3 bearings and oil seals.

Note: minor case modifications required for 56mm cylinder base.

86cc Kit (50×44mm)
-Aluminium cylinder with 50mm bore and 44mm stroke.
-Same 6-port / bridged exhaust design and high-compression modular head with full exhaust cooling.
-Reinforced racing crankshaft, 44mm stroke / 85mm rod / 12×15×15mm wrist pin bearing.
-Output: 20–24 hp with correct setup, delivering more torque and smoother power curve than short-stroke versions.
-Supplied with C3 bearings and oil seals.
