MVT Premium Internal Rotor Ignition with Lights for Minarelli AM6 50cc 2-stroke engines.
The MVT Premium is a mid-range internal rotor ignition, designed as a direct upgrade over the stock system for Minarelli engines. It offers faster engine response and improved RPM increase, while still supplying 12V 55W power for lights and on-board electronics, making it suitable for everyday road use as well as tuning.
Unlike the MVT Digital Direct, which uses a CDI with variable ignition timing, the Premium version uses fixed timing. This makes it simpler to set up and adjust, but with a narrower power range. For riders wanting a balance of performance and practicality at a lower cost, the Premium is the ideal choice.

-The electric starter cannot be used with this ignition.

Options:
Type 1: MVT-PREM12 this is suitable for all AM6 models (Aprilia, Sherco, Rieju, Beta, Fantic, Peugeot, etc.) and for Yamaha AM6 models (e.g. DT50) produced up to 2003.
Type 2: MVT-PREM21 - only suitable for Yamaha models (e.g. DT50, TZR) produced 2003 onwards (not suitable for other Makes/models)
It would be a completely separate ignition system to the original, so if the rev is limited via the original ignition system then this would by pass it. Just be aware that this only has a 55w lighting coil. Ideally best to run lights with LED bulbs. Also any other electrical items you would need to run would be from a 12v battery that would need to be charged separately.
