Malossi BIG BORE Testa Rossa 94cc for Piaggio/ Gilera liquid cooled 2-stroke engines.

High end racing technology, derived from Malossi’s proven seven-port Flanged Mount design, the Testa Rossa 94cc brings unprecedented performance to scooters with Piaggio liquid-cooled engines.

This cylinder kit requires case boring (or use of a Malossi C-One case) and a reinforced crankshaft with non-standard conrod length. It features a single-ring piston, seven transfer ports, dual exhaust port with crossbar and a modular cylinder head.

Externally it mirrors the Flanged Mount series, while internally it maintains the same high-spec porting layout, only limited by the stud-bolt configuration. The redesigned modular head improves torque delivery and throttle response, with a forged aluminium head cover, CNC-machined and finished in Malossi’s signature red anodising.
