Yasuni R-Pro exhaust system for Yamaha Aerox/ Minarelli Horizontal 50cc 2-stroke scooters.

The Yasuni R-Pro is a premium performance exhaust designed for 50–70cc engines, offering the nearest to racing-level performance possible while also maintaining street legality. It builds on the proven design of the Yasuni R, refined for even more power and responsiveness. Ideal for 70cc entry-level sport cylinders, the R-Pro also works well on high-revving 50cc engines. It offers a noticeable boost in acceleration, throttle response, midrange power, and top speed, with peak performance in the 10,000–12,000 rpm range and power output up to 12 hp when properly tuned.

You will need to use a 17.5mm carburettor minimum.
And you will need to adjust: variator (roller weight and clutch springs) and carburettor (main jet) to suit this exhaust system.

This is a road legal Racing Exhaust with E-Pass homologation; the R-Pro is road-legal out of the box, thanks to restrictors in the header and silencer. These can be removed with our derestriction service, unlocking the full power potential of this high-performance system.
