Malossi MHR RC-One crankcases for Minarelli/ Aerox 50cc 2-stroke liquid-cooled scooters with rear brake disc.

Malossi have gone all out with these cases. These are the basis of a true Malossi engine; completely designed by Malossi and tested by MHR teams.

The RC-One engine has the oil and coolant pump removed. The inlet has been increased in size, the flange mount cylinder base is the main attraction for use with MHR flange mount Testa Rosa & other flange mount cylinders (e.g Stage6 FL100)   (Please note these cannot be used with original stud pattern cylinders)

Please note: The Yamaha RC-ONE cases effectively are Piaggio based engines with Yamaha Aerox engine mounting positions. A Piaggio MHR gear cover, Piaggio gearing, Piaggio transmission & Piaggio type racing ignition is required.

The exhaust mounting position is an Aerox type, you will need to use the MHR Exhaust system.

RC-One: cylinder stud spacing only suitable for flange mount cylinders.

Only suitable for serious tuning experts.
