STR8 LED rear light for Piaggio NRG Power with built in indicators.
The red LEDs on either side change from red to flashing orange if you indicate whilst the brake light is on.

They will need to be wired into your bike I'm afraid but will fit straight into the standard panel. We have included instructions on the listing to tell you which wire does what.
yes it is E-marked, but the E-mark only applies to the rear light, so technically the E-mark is no longer valid if you connect up the indicators
wiring...
white - LH indicator... connect to pink wire on bike
orange - RH indicator... connect to blue/white striped wire on bike
yellow - side light... connect to yellow/ black on bike
blue - brake light... connect to black/white striped wire on bike
green- earth... connect this to either one of the left over wires from the indicators
(they are both earths)
