Jasil next generation speed variator kit for scooters using a Piaggio 50cc 2-stroke engine.
The next generation variator has a longer roller ramp to allow for a larger speed variation and better belt stability. Jasil have used 19x15.5mm rollers for a better dynamic compensation and a calibrated torque spring is provided to get better transfer between the variator and the torque drive.
Supplied with 3 set of rollers. (19x15.5mm - 5.5gr, 4gr & 3gr)

The thick washer replaces a similar spacer behind the variator, the thin washers are shims to adjust the belt spacing.
