Malossi Multivar variator kit for Yamaha Aerox/ Minarelli 50cc 2-stroke scooters.
The Malossi Multivar is very easy to fit and to modify, It is developed in detail and for specific applications.
With a variator that features such sophistication, your scooter has that extra sprint, a consistency in shifting, a greater mechanical ease at high speeds and a constancy in performance you've never experienced before with the original variator.
Uses 16x13mm rollers. Comes with 7g.
Malossi 517075
1 is plastic and this is a limiter. This would sit over the pinion between the variator drive face and the front pulley.
The other 2 are spacers and you would only need to use one depending on the bike make/model. This space would sit behind the back plate of the variator.
From the Malossi manual: In the Multivar art. 51 7075 there are two spacers: art. 08 7059B, which is 2 mm thick and art. 0811670B, which is 5 mm thick (Fig. 3). The art. 0811670B, which is thicker, must only be fitted to Malaguti F12 LC having a fanned crankcase made from the year 2000 onwards, whilst the first one, which is 2 mm thick, must be fitted to all the other scooter models.
