A complete variator kit with extended range, this variator is a result of many tests by BGM's R&D team, the perfect symbiosis of power and speed.

The standard Piaggio variator is quite restrictive, the BGM variator ensures the engine can deliver maximum power to the rear wheel. A harder torque spring has been omitted with this kit, the variator has been optimised in a way that higher spring pressure would only loose power through belt friction.

8.5g rollers are suitable for 125cc engines.
9.2g rollers are suitable for 150cc engines.
