Jasil 4-piece secondary gear up kit for scooters using a Piaggio 50cc 2-stroke engine.

This Jasil gearkit completely replaces all of the standard gears with straight cut gears providing increased (longer) gearing.

The gear tooth count is...
Primary clutch shaft : 13T
Secondary : 39/16T
Final Drive Shaft : 47T

Because everything is pre-pressed changing the gears becomes very easy as no heavy duty press is required. As with any gear up this will increase your final gearing making the top speed greater and stop over revving.

This kit will increase standard gearing by 48% (except on Piaggio Zip). 48% is huge and you would need a powerful tuned 70cc engine to utilise the extra top speed!
On Piaggio Zip this will increase standard gearing by 19% which is suitable for anything from a decent 70cc sports cylinder kit upwards.
