This gear kit is essentially a 'gear down' kit so it will lower top speed on Piaggio Zip whilst giving quick revving acceleration which is the opposite of what a gear-up kit is normally bought for.
13/48 teeth
On a Piaggio Zip the gearing will be reduced by 13%. All Piaggio/ Gilera mopeds other than the Zip already use 13/48 teeth as standard so this will have no effect on them if fitted.
