Stage6 are a German brand and manufacturer although most of their products are manufactured in Italy. They specialise in performance products for the popular 50cc moped brands e.g. Aerox, Speedfight, Zip/ NRG etc.

These Stage6 washers fit between the drive face and the variator bush adjustment to adjust the distance between variator and drive face.
This allows the variator to be matched precisely to the the V-belt width to achieve optimal performance (mostly by trial and error).

The set consists of 32 washers between 0.4mm and 0.8mm.

Teflon-coated intake manifold with oil and vacuum connections, gaskets and a vulcanized reed block.
The big 2-petal reed block, combined with a carburetor of 19 mm or more, unleashes much more power than the original 1-petal reed block.
The carburettor adapter can be replaced in order to convert to bigger carbs without having to replace the manifold. The included adaptor fits all Dellorto 10-21mm and Arreche 17-21mm carburetors with oil/ vacuum vacuum connectors.

Attention: Original as well as 17.5 up to 21mm Arreche carbs with flange joint cannot be used with this system!

These tolerances have direct consequences on the power output. In contrast to those standard versions, the Stage6 racing drive is precisely CNC cut out of solid material.
All in all, more than twelve different versions were tested to find the optimal angle.The high quality alloys and the special surface coating used in this drive face make cooling fins unnecessary.

Also the reduced mass improves power at the rear wheel. This racing drive was actually developed for drag races, but has been successfully used in racing.

The Stage6 Styling Department have had another go at the popular F1 mirrors that have been kept unchanged over the years by many manufacturers.
Both design and quality have been enhanced.
Adjustment is made via a big ball joint that can be adapted to cover a wide area. The metal mirror arms have been constructed quite short for design reasons. The mirror can be fastened via an orange anodised lock nut using the tool included in the delivery. The mirrors come with a short M8 thread and an adaptor for drilled mirror mounts.

Only for use with tuned engines! Original standard cylinders are normally not powerful enough to pull this sort of gearing.
Contrary to common gear units, the ones from Stage6 come ready pressed, simply replace the old gear unit with the new one - and that's it!

Attention: You have to count the teeth of the intermediate shaft of the original gear and order a product with the same number of teeth.
