The Polini Corsa 70cc kit makes approx 25-30% more power than the Polini sport. It's still cast iron which means it's very strong and can be rebored but runs at higher revs, very similar performance to the aluminium Malossi MHR rep kit
Realistically this is about the limit of what can be used with any degree of reliability for everyday use. As with the MHR rep 70cc kit the oil mixture should ideally be increased to 33:1 either by an adjustable ratio oil pump (see engine category) or by pre-mixing. Will also need a decent high end sports exhaust e.g. Yasuni R

If you are using the right angle thermostat housing you can use the bleed screw on it, If you are using the straight thermostat housing you would need to loosen the hose to let air out.
