This is a Coocase S30B scooter/ small motorcycle luggage storage top box.
It includes a universal base plate which will allow it to fit to most scooters so long as they already have some sort of rack fitted.

For scooters without any rack as standard Coocase also sell a specific mounting rack for an increasing number of scooters including Honda PCX, Piaggio Liberty, Piaggio Zip and Vespa LX.

It has a rounded 30 litre design fits most helmets comfortably.
