Stage6 Sport PRO variator kit.

This variator comes pre-adjusted for use with a 50cc cylinder and aftermarket exhaust.
It has however been developed and optimised for use with 70cc sport cylinders.
The back of the variator and the roller tracks are hard coated, the running surface is uncoated. This reduces the running surface's lifespan whilst at the same time increased friction coefficients result in better performance. Furthermore, the coating cannot flake off, as it may happen with hardcoated running surfaces, which would lead to quicker wear or even breaking of the drive belt.
Included in this kit are the variator with bushing, back plate with low-friction coating, shims, a set of roller weights (16x13) and a torque spring.
