Laser cut aluminium base gasket spacers for scooters using a Piaggio 125cc 2-stroke air and liquid-cooled engines.

These spacers are a simple method of increasing the port durations, a basic requirement for higher engine revs. This also makes re-machining of the cylinder head when using a long stroke crank unnecessary.

The transfer port area of the plate is cut too narrow of purpose to allow enough material is there for it to be adapted to the cylinder.

*Please note that the internal diameter of the spacer will need to be increased manually if used on a 180cc cylinder.

Available in 0.5mm, 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm or 5.0mm.
