Athena CDI/ HT coil for Piaggio/ Gilera engines.
No rev-limit, standard Piaggio CDI's are restricted to 10,000rpm.
If your CDI connects to the loom with a block connector (most peds do) you will need to cut this off and fit spade connectors to the individual wires.

That is an earth cable, you can connect it under one of the bolts that secure the CDI to the frame.
