Possibly, depending on what bike you have. The ends are a standard size and it has a fair amount of adjustment but is designed to work with the Stage6 quick action kits so anything else would be complete trial and error.
The outer cable length is 71 inches, and the inner throttle cable length is 77.5 inches.
