Stage6 Sport PRO variator kit.
This variator comes pre-adjusted and optimised for use with either a standard 50cc or 70cc sport cylinder with aftermarket sports exhaust fitted.
It has however been developed and optimised for use with 70cc sport cylinders.
The back of the variator and the roller tracks are hard coated whilst the running surface is uncoated which increases friction coefficients resulting in better performance. Furthermore, the coating cannot flake off, as may happen with the hard-coated running surfaces of other brands, which would lead to quicker wear or even breaking of the drive belt.
Included in this kit are the variator with bushing, back plate with low-friction coating, shims, a set of roller weights (16x13) and a matched torque spring.

Yes this Stage6 variator kit will go very well with the Stage6 Pro Replica exhaust pipe and is specifically designed for use with it or exhausts of similar levels of tune- it gives better performance than a standard variator by being much better at holding the engines revs steady in the powerband without fluctuation.
Standard variators are particularly poor at this as you begin to tune the engine.
